Hi, I’m Joanna a Registered Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist (Dip CNM, BA Hons, MBANT, CNHC).
My passion for wholesome, nutritious food and the impact it has on a person’s health and wellbeing is at the heart of my practice. I do not believe in diets and instead focus on educating the client to make better food and lifestyle choices that will be sustainable long term. Each person’s nutritional needs are different, what works for one person may not work for the next, therefore a personalised approach is key. I help people reach their health goals, find their energy and vitality and discover their full health potential.
Nutritional Therapy is about giving your body the right nutrients to achieve optimum health physically, mentally and emotionally. Nutritional Therapists treat the body as a whole, seeking the cause of health concerns as opposed to simply treating the symptom. Nutritional and lifestyle programmes are formulated for the individual based on their needs and uniqueness.
